A lady rescued a cat that most likely had been thrown out of a moving vehicle. He was hanging on the bridge of the overpass. She had seen him while driving on the overpass and made a U-turn to help. The cat was shaking but she took him to safety and hosted him for a month before reaching out for help. Luke is now with our foster and is a sweetheart!
