Lucky was found under a car in the parking lot. A couple who happened to walk by heard the cat cries and stopped the car driver from backing out. The couple managed to coax the cat to come to them and they took it to the vet for a check up. Lucky was obviously under nourished and had both fleas and ticks. Efforts were made to identify and locate an owner but no one came forward or had posted a lost cat ad. The couple have cats and was unable to take on another cat.
